Displaying Simulation Scenarios in the Model Editor

When building a model, it can be helpful to directly see data from a simulation scenario in the data preview of nodes.

To make simulation scenarios available in the model, go to the workspace overview, select a workspace and check "Show scenarios in model editor". Now head back to the model.

If you open the Data Preview of a node, the dropdown "Simulation Workspace Scenario" will list you all scenarios from workspaces with the option "Show scenarios in model editor" enabled (listing always the workspace name and the scenario name). Select the scenario that you want to preview.

For example, we can compare the fixed cost of goods sold in our "Do Nothing" scenario with the "Best Case" scenario.
